We’re Ellie and Natalie - movement specialists, feel good fanatics, and lovers of fresh air, good chats and even better energy!
We are here to guide you through a different kind of retreat that combines an uplifting and restorative energy. Expect movement that meets you where you are, nourishing food, fresh air, and plenty of time to chat, laugh, and recharge. Whether you’re here for Pilates, Yoga, a sweaty cardio class, or just a moment to breathe, we’ve got you covered.

Ellie
Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Leader. Ellie’s happiest on the mat, in the gym or exploring the great outdoors, often accompanied by her loyal sidekick Betty. Ellie wants you to enjoy moving your body, it’s something to celebrate! She is all about movement that feels good, makes you smile, and leaves you feeling stronger and more confident than you thought you ever believed you were.
Natalie
Mat Pilates Instructor, Group Exercise Leader, and Les Mills Coach. Natalie specialises in women’s health and the menopause, she brings a nurturing, empowering energy to every class. You will find her perfecting her Hundreds, running through the countryside, or being micromanaged by her alpacas, doggies, and one very opinionated chicken.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our day is designed to energise, educate, and connect you through a balanced mix of movement, nourishment, and fun. We’ve put together a rough guide to how the day will look below.
Yoga & Pilates Flow. Followed by breakfast, to energise for the day ahead

Mindful Walk & Talk. Get to know each other and your surroundings. We’ll guide you around the local area, taking time to emerse yourself in the fresh air! A coffee and snack will be waiting for you upon your return to help you refuel.

Technique Workshop. Learn to perfect your form, from squats to planks, we’ve got you covered. We’ll discuss progressions, regressions and how to alter exercises to honour your bodies limitations. Followed by a cardio blast class, let’s sweat it out!

Lunch & Exercise for your Brain! Before we begin the afternoon activities, we’ll take some time to get the energy flowing within the brain, think games, riddles and silly discussions!

Let The Games Begin! We’ll have a lot of fun with a range of exercises & activities that will build camaraderie and plenty of laughter.

Restorative Flow & Meditation. To wind down, we’ll guide you through a restorative yoga and meditation session, offering a chance to reflect on the day and find calm. Finally, if you fancy joining us, we’ll gather for a casual wine at The Swan in Wedmore, a perfect way to connect and celebrate the day’s achievements together

Breakfast, lunch & snacks are all included; all will be home-made and vegetarian. Every participant will receive a goody bag filled with wellness treats to support your day along with a special one off retreat t-shirt as a keepsake!
How much does it cost?

£85.00 to refill your cup with happiness! We ask for the full payment to secure your place, please note this is non-refundable.
However we do have flexible deposit options available to those who may need it. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange payment through our deposit plan.
